General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our website or by telephone. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific stems are unavailable due to seasonal supply. We will always endeavour to match the style and colour palette of your chosen arrangement.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Liability

While we take every care in preparing and delivering your flowers, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused after delivery or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
