Delivery & Collection Policy

Same Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered the same day across Birmingham and Solihull. Same day delivery is subject to availability and our delivery schedule.

Local Next Day Delivery

For next day delivery within our local delivery zones (Birmingham, Solihull & surrounding areas), you can order at any time of the day — there is no cutoff. You can also choose any future date within our local delivery areas when placing your order.

Nationwide Next Day Delivery

For next day delivery outside our local area, we offer nationwide courier delivery via DPD. Please place your order before 1pm for guaranteed next day arrival. Nationwide courier deliveries are not available for Monday arrival. Nationwide next day delivery costs £10.00.

Collection

Orders can be collected from our shop at 1140 Stratford Road, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 8AE during our opening hours: Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm.

Delivery Times

We deliver between 9am and 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery time slots. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible.
